To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

We act as a financial service facilitator connecting clients with:

• Banks and NBFCs for Personal, Business, Home, Car, and Property Loans.
• Insurance companies for Health, Term, Life, and General Insurance.
• Mutual funds and wealth planners for Wealth Management Services.

We do not directly disburse loans or underwrite policies.

You agree to provide genuine documents and information. You are responsible for reviewing terms of the bank/NBFC or insurer before signing any agreement. Misuse or fraud will result in legal action and termination of services.

Our platform may include links to third-party financial institutions. We are not liable for their terms, interest rates, or service quality. Any damage or loss caused by reliance on third-party content is not our responsibility.

Your data is handled with strict confidentiality. However, it may be shared with authorized partners or regulators as per the Privacy Policy and legal requirement.

Some services may include processing fees, advisory fees, or commissions which will be transparently disclosed before proceeding.

We reserve the right to deny or discontinue service in case of fraudulent documents, breach of terms, or legal/regulatory action.

We are not liable for any loss due to delays from banks/NBFCs, rejection of applications, system issues, or unforeseen external factors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
